Francisco Galamas is an International Security Researcher based in Lisbon and a member of the Young Atlanticist NATO Working Group from the US Atlantic Council. Between 2011-14, as an EU expert on the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC), he was invited to participate in EU-UN Joint Action missions supporting the BTWC, in which he assessed countries capabilities to prevent the proliferation of bioweapons and to mitigate the effects of their dissemination.
