Shara A. Rondon, M.A., is a clinical therapist in training, LifeSet program supervisor, and two-time Interdisciplinary Minority Fellowship Program (IMFP) Fellow dedicated to advancing behavioral health equity for marginalized youth. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University and is currently completing the MFP/Bowie State University Public Policy Certification, focused on bridging behavioral health and public policy. Shara brings a trauma-informed, community-centered approach to all her work, grounded in lived experience and systems-level strategy.
