Rafyoga is Ph.D student and Monbukagakusho (MEXT) Scholar at Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies, Kobe University, Japan. Prior to joining the doctoral program, he went to the master’s program in the same School and funded by the same scholarship. His current research interests are Japan’s security policy, Japan-Southeast Asia relations, and international relations in Indo-Pacific.
