Mahima Janin Shara is an International Relations graduate of Tokyo International University, Japan, where she studied on a 100% tuition scholarship and received the Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO). She is a co-author of two chapters in the forthcoming edited volume Justicecraft in Bangladesh: Accountability and Political Transformation in a Time of Crisis, a collaborative research project involving the Wilson Center, Montclair State University, and Tokyo International University.
