Julie Bessette is a Montreal-based political scientist and analyst focused on public policy, security studies, and data-driven decision-making. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (with a minor in Psychology) from Concordia University, where she graduated with distinction, and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Public Administration at the same institution. Her career is centered in the public service.
