Libby is a Young Leaders' Initiative Fellow with the Cambridge Middle East and North Africa Forum (MENAF). She has an MA (Hons) from the University of St Andrews in International Relations and Middle East Studies and is currently undertaking an MLitt in Iranian Studies. Her research interests centre around contemporary Saudi-Iranian relations, analysing their relationship within the broader framework of external power engagement with the MENA region, and comparing the influence of US and Chinese engagement in either exacerbating conflict or facilitating cooperation.
