Russia Vows to Continue Massive Strikes on Kyiv, Urges Foreign Diplomats to Leave

Russia has stated that it will continue to conduct targeted strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities as retaliation for what it calls acts of terrorism by Ukrainian Armed Forces against Russian civilians. The Russian Foreign Ministry has warned foreign nationals and diplomats to leave Ukraine, emphasizing that those who ignore this caution will bear the consequences.

Recent attacks have intensified, particularly in Kyiv, affecting the lives of its 3 million residents as winter approaches. President Vladimir Putin claimed that Ukraine is facing repercussions for its attacks on Russia and that these will persist.

Additionally, both Russia and Ukraine have increased assaults on each other’s grain vessels in the Black Sea, while Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries and drone strikes have resulted in civilian deaths in Russia. Both parties maintain they do not target civilians or civilian infrastructure.
