Being a multi-ethnic trilingual European and having lived in four different countries, Viola learned early on what it means to be a global citizen. As a bachelor’s student at the University of Munich, Viola received grants and scholarships for her research on multi-dimensional social and economic inequalities based on gender and ethnicity. At the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, Viola was able to train her skills in diplomacy and multilateral negotiation in an international atmosphere. A changemaker at heart, Viola has gained professional experience in the public sector, the private sector, the startup, and the NGO scene, always developing and implementing projects for the common good on a local and global level.
