Maciej Bukowski, LL.M., is a former chief expert at Poland’s Ministry of Climate and Environment, expert analyst at the Institute of New Europe and a 2022 CEPA James S. Denton Fellow. A graduate of Cornell and Sorbonne law schools, he is preparing a PhD dissertation on the geopolitics of climate change at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and is currently a visiting researcher at SciencePo Center for International Studies in Paris.
