Saudi Aramco announced on Wednesday that it has signed 17 preliminary deals with U. S. companies, valued at over $30 billion, during the Saudi Crown Prince’s visit to Washington.

The projects cover areas like liquefied natural gas (LNG), financial services, and advanced materials manufacturing. Both Saudi and U. S. officials highlighted significant investments and increased financial ties.

Aramco’s CEO, Amin Nasser, mentioned that these agreements would help strengthen collaboration with American firms. The new deals follow previous agreements made during a tour of Gulf countries by U. S. President Donald Trump, where Aramco signed 34 deals worth up to $90 billion.

Aramco aims to enhance its position in the U. S. LNG market, including partnerships with MidOcean Energy and Commonwealth LNG.
