Hilton is set to open two new hotels in Manchester: Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre and Motto by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly.
These hotels will add over 500 guest rooms to the city, with Motto marking its debut in Manchester and Hampton by Hilton becoming the largest in Europe. The Hampton by Hilton hotel will be located on Deansgate, featuring 358 rooms across 22 stories, along with a fitness area, meeting space, and dining options. It will be near popular attractions and provide easy access to Manchester Airport, opening in early 2026. Guests will enjoy signature services, including free hot breakfast and Hampton’s 100% Guarantee.
The Motto by Hilton hotel, which will have 154 rooms and be situated in Piccadilly Basin, is scheduled to open in 2027. This 21-story hotel aims to connect guests with the city’s energy, offering compact rooms, social areas, and local dining experiences.
Nick Smart from Hilton expressed excitement about enhancing Manchester’s hospitality landscape, noting the growing demand for quality accommodation in the city. Adi Hodzic from Dean Street Developments emphasized their commitment to elevating the city’s hospitality offerings.
Manchester attracts over four million UK visitors and 1.7 million international tourists annually, making it a popular destination. Both hotels will be well-connected via public transport, including major train stations and trams, allowing quick access to Manchester Airport. Guests can also benefit from Hilton Honors loyalty program, earning points for stays, enjoying contactless check-in, and receiving exclusive discounts.
