Dr. Sutandra Singha is an alumna of the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India, and holds a Ph.D. in Russian and Central Asian Studies/International Studies. Her research interests include non-traditional security threats (climate change, migration, energy), geopolitics of natural resources, and sustainable development with special reference to BRICS and Central Asia.
