Sultan Zahidov is a political scientist and research fellow at the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) in Baku, Azerbaijan. His research focuses on South Caucasus geopolitics, regional diplomacy, and EU–Azerbaijan relations. He regularly contributes op-eds and analytical articles on regional security and international affairs. He is also a senior lecturer at Baku State University, where he teaches courses on international security, the foreign policy of Azerbaijan, and diplomatic service.
