Niroshika Liyana Muhandiram

Niroshika Liyana Muhandiram is a Lecturer attached to the Legal Studies Department of the Open University. She has completed her LL.M in International Law from the South Asian University, New Delhi, India winning the Gold Medal for the Excellent Academic Performance of the Faculty of Legal Studies of the South Asian University. Her special areas of focus are Public International Law, International Investment Law, Commercial Arbitration and Constitutional Law.
