H.E. Datu Matthew Pajares Yngson

Datu Matthew Pajares Yngson DCPS KCR FRSA, a Commercial Diplomat and Cultural Ambassador, is the Founding President of the Caribbean ASEAN Council, an international socio-civic organization and volunteer advocacy programme. He is also the Executive Director and Envoy for Diplomatic Affairs of the Eastern Caribbean-Southeast Asia Chamber, a partner organization of the SIDS Global Business Network administered by the United Nations Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (UN-OHRLLS). H.E. Datu Yngson is the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the subnational monarchy and traditional government of the Royal House of Baloi in Mindanao - Philippines, a Southeast Asian Representative (Consul-General) of the unofficially recognized state of Liberland, and an alumnus of H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference.
