Lubna Qasim

Lubna Qassim is an international lawyer, Governor of the GeoEconomics Helsinki Society, and a Distinguished Fellow at UCLA. She previously served as a Senior Multilateral Diplomat at UN Geneva. She often writes and speaks on international governance, diplomacy, and the evolving architecture of global order, with a focus on how multilateral institutions must adapt to geoeconomic competition, fragmentation, and the growing divide between the Global North and South.
