The Business Mindsets: A House Divided & Economic Progress Stalled

Across the world, seeking public approval, economic progress is like a competitive event in the Circus.

Across the world, seeking public approval, economic progress is like a competitive event in the Circus. Mindsets are rightly divided but not equally balanced. Progress mostly disconnected and basically stalled. Some 100+ free economies are desperately looking for solutions. Hungry lions roam.

Today, the Gladiators in the Circus are needed. If the economy is the number one problem, productivity is the top item on that list. Productivity is a problem because it is the visible absence of entrepreneurialism. Performance brings productivity, and this is how productivity brings profitability. Entrepreneurialism = Productivity = Performance = Profitability = Economic Growth. Historically, all Superpower economies were only built based on such notions. Really? Now, the real sword fights begin.

Today’s other biggest attraction facing 100-free economies is the new rules of AI being applied to everything: untraceable and uncontrollable from sniper-dog robots, approving loans or citizenships, counting votes and selecting winners, deciding elections, wars, and sing-songs.

Imagine a Great Transformation: Senior management, anywhere, in reality, is the processor of multi-layered complexity within an organization. Two types of knowledge exist in commerce: what is written is ‘Explicit,’ and what cannot be written is ‘Tacit.’ In bureaucratic settings, complexity is always ‘Explicit Knowledge’ that drives academia, like bookkeeping, chemistry, or law, as once written, everything can be re-written, printed, and every angle clarified, and everything can be practiced or memorized. In contrast, in an entrepreneurial setting, playing in sandboxes, without rules or business plans, everything is Tacit Knowledge’ which cannot be written like swimming or riding a bike.

AI is ready to eat up as lunch, almost all the explicit knowledge already in use in 100 free economies worldwide. This could represent snatching all work from 90% of the senior management in commerce, including all related bureaucracies.

Human tasking is just part of the tasking hierarchy; 99% of the time, it is repetitive; hence, very often, it is void of active critical thinking and without creating any new intelligence. AI is now going after the ‘corporate and bureaucratic hierarchy.’ At times, it may replace an organization’s operations by sitting and silently blinking in one corner, taking only 1% of space and eliminating 99% of operational headaches that occupy thousands working in building after building.

What special skills are needed, and what types and levels of transformative orientations and training are required to create new occupational harmony?

However, this divide presents a hidden opportunity: the immense potential of AI to revolutionize the roles of a billion senior and junior management professionals. By delegating routine tasks to AI, these professionals can redirect their focus towards deep creative, critical, and entrepreneurial thinking. This shift could unleash their potential and usher in a new era of productivity and innovation, where human-AI collaboration leads to unprecedented advancements.

The Mindsets Divide is the only differentiator between the two mindsets within the world of commerce. On one side, we have well-educated and career-minded job seekers eager to build enterprises. On the other, we have entrepreneurial job creators’ mindsets, casually playing in the sandboxes, creating and starting such enterprises in the first place.

Across 100 free economies, the house of economic development is divided, and progress is stalled on two fronts. Unfortunately, the issue of the mindset divide is not a top agenda item. The stark reality is that today, 99% of all economic development teams in free economies are operating with a ‘job-seeker’ mindset when what is critically needed is a ‘job-creator’ mindset.

Suppose one can run an airline with frequent flyers in the cockpits, not trained jumbo pilots, or a hospital where only the top accountant treats all patients but not the doctors: good luck. Today’s economic development is luck by chance, hope, and prayer. Nevertheless, it only takes one day to identify and sort out the mindset types, divides, and required balances across any nation and audit all top-to-bottom economic development team members.

No single enterprise was ever hatched on a chicken farm; only ‘entrepreneurial mysticism’ started with a vision and a belief in an idea. This entrepreneurial mysticism, a term used to describe the unique blend of vision, faith, and courage that drives entrepreneurs to create and innovate, is the driving force, fueling the courage and creativity needed to break new ground and challenge the status quo.

The Den of Gladiators: Ask top senior management and their busiest calendars to stop and only think. Let them create 100 questions and let them seek 100 answers. Let them come closer to critical thinking. Let them strive to find hidden talents as new strengths and innovate ideas strong enough to change the face of their mandates, enterprises, or the national economy. Even if 1% achieved some results, it would equal 10,000 superpower ideas out of a million. How many nations have one million senior management?

The Big Circus: Some 200 countries and five billion people are the most connected and globally exposed, watching the world’s top management and totally frustrated with productivity, performance, and profitability. The global populace of the free economies is at a crossroads; grassroots prosperity, the most ignored, fuelling the restless citizenry; not like spectators, they will enjoy the Circus, but as the mob in revolt, they will digitally overthrow establishments. The power of digital narratives and picket signs still needs to be fully discovered inside the political rounds where Machiavellian rhetoric still resides.

The unlimited growth opportunities:  Good thoughts fly universally in the air, looking for the right mindsets to catch and decipher; this is how suddenly global awakenings appear, and this is how so many people have eureka moments simultaneously around the world. Either symphonies are created, or higher notes are achieved, one David found in the marble, or an apple drops on the head; hence, the sharper we fine-tune our mindsets, the better free signals we start to receive. Humankind has the universal wisdom hidden inside. We must learn to have diversity, tolerance, and a sense of equality. We must learn to send and receive the right signals.

If there is infinity, it is inside the mindsets. If there is any extraordinary value, it is hidden in our minds. So, finding, harnessing, taming, and bringing out a new, precisely straightforward, and deliverable idea in the outside world quickly becomes a struggle of infinities on the commerce stage. Invisible and lost in other mindsets, each a maze of unlimited infinities. Sometimes, it works like magic, and sometimes, it goes dormant. Try it. It’s toying with entrepreneurial mysticism.

Why has Expothon Worldwide, for the last many years, been sharing exclusive narratives on a weekly basis on the ‘national mobilization of entrepreneurialism protocols’ with some 2000 recipients at the national cabinet-level government officials across 100 free economies? Why is itchallenging all massive SME sectors within the GCC, OIC, European Union, African Union, Commonwealth, BRICS, and ASEAN to mobilize entrepreneurialism nationally? Why is itprepared to bring 100 to 1000 economic development teams within a country on the same page, leaving behind confusing narratives on SME growth? Why are all these narratives, readiness, and commitment gaining global attention? More on Google.

The Economic Wheels of Fortunes

Five Warnings: Beware of the risks, as the driving forces of the grassroots prosperity and national economic development frontline teams of the 100 free economies are 99% academic job-seeker mindsets. The economic house of progress is divided on such critiques and still needs to declare the importance of entrepreneurial mindsets into the balance. Today, across 100 free economies, mostly visible are economic damages, where numbering games, old policies, random cheering sing-songs, and photo-ops should all get bundled as a new acronym as some isolated ‘global goal’ with a date, time, and global place to celebrate. There, on the outside, across the nation, is nothing to celebrate, only anxiety and suffering; the populace at large is at a breaking point. Institutional values are gone; a new generational thinking is unfolding. Allow automation and brilliant software to advance our mental productivity. The long-awaited abstract 4th Industrial Revolution is not coming as we have already arrived at the First Industrial Revolution of Mind.

One: Balance the ‘mindsets’ across national economic development for everyone’s future

Two: Recognize ‘entrepreneurialism’ as one of the top the national driver of the economy

Three: Accept ‘SMEs’ as the largest job creators and tax contributors of any country

Four: Explore ‘alpha dreamers’ and establish a credible program to assist their trajectory

Five: Create a national mandate on the ‘national mobilization of entrepreneurialism’

The rest is easy
