Dr.Vo Xuan Vinh

Dr Vo Xuan Vinh is Deputy Director General of Institute for Southeast Asian Studies, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Hanoi. He is the author of books, monographs, chapters and research papers on issues of geopolitics, maritime security, politics and international relations in Southeast Asia, and India’s Look East/Act East Policy.
