Sarah Hewitt is the Director for Strive Women with CARE's Women's Entrepreneurship team. She is an entrepreneurial leader and technical expert on international development, economic justice and women’s rights. Prior to joining CARE, Sarah led global program strategies at Open Society Foundations with a focus on women's economic justice. She has also lived in East and Southern Africa while working at Fundacion Capital and Population Council. Sarah started her career in the private sector as a consultant with EY and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Emory University. She currently lives in London, UK, and serves as a board member for the nonprofit Nurturing Minds.
