Alexander Gusmão is a brazilian international lawyer graduated at the Law School of Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF, Niterói, Rio de Janeiro) and holds a Master degree in strategic studies, defence and security from INEST/UFF. His areas of research and expertise are international law, security, strategy and diplomacy.
