Maksym Krippa and DIM sign a strategic agreement: a new stage of cooperation

Ukrainian entrepreneur and investor Maksym Krippa is starting cooperation with DIM, one of the leading residential real estate developers in Kyiv. The partnership agreement is reported byProperty Investments Dubai with reference to the official statement of the company’s press service.

Ukrainian businessman and investor Maksym Krippa continues to actively strengthen his position in the real estate market. His newest investment move is a partnership with DIM, a company specializing in residential construction in Kyiv and the suburbs.

This deal is another important acquisition for Krippa in the real estate sector. In 2023, he gained control of the iconic BC Parus in the capital, and in 2024, he won an auction to privatize the legendary Ukraine Hotel in the heart of Kyiv.

The investment in DIM is the third large-scale deal of the entrepreneur in this sector since the beginning of 2022. Financial details have not yet been disclosed, but more information is expected to become available later.

Joint efforts to implement new ambitious projects

Maksym Krippa commented on the deal: “The choice to invest in DIM is dictated not only by their strong potential, but also by the common principles of doing business at this time. They do not stop in front of challenges, and I am ready to support this approach. But the main thing is the merit of our defenders, because without them we would not be able to implement bold projects in our country.”

DIM founder and managing partner Oleksandr Nasikovsky emphasized in a press release: “We have started cooperation with a partner who has a deep understanding of the construction industry and its peculiarities. The investments of Maksym Krippa’s development group of companies give us the opportunity to work regardless of market fluctuations, maintain a stable pace of construction and guarantee our investors timely commissioning of facilities. It also opens up prospects for us to launch new projects without delay.”

A new alliance for the development of the real estate market

Maksym Krippa is one of the largest real estate investors in Kyiv and the region, owning a number of profitable properties, including historic buildings. His activities span development and strategic investments in commercial real estate, which has made him one of the top ten most influential business center owners in Ukraine.

In addition to real estate, Krippa has a significant influence in the field of esports and video game development. He is the owner and beneficiary of iconic brands such as the Natus Vincere (NAVI) esports organization and the GSC Game World game studio.

DIM, a part of the group of the same name, owns an impressive portfolio of real estate in Kyiv and the region, which covers more than 900 thousand square meters.

Maksym Krippa’s partnership with DIM has become a significant event for the real estate market, opening up new horizons for the development industry. This cooperation allows for the implementation of large-scale projects that not only strengthen the construction sector but also contribute to its sustainable development. The agreement gives the company and the investor the opportunity to implement promising initiatives, expanding the boundaries of modern residential construction.

This partnership not only ensures the financial stability of the projects but also allows us to apply innovative approaches to construction. The use of modern technologies, environmental solutions, and European standards allows us to create comfortable and high-quality residential complexes that meet current market requirements. In addition, such cooperation opens up new opportunities for scaling up projects, expanding territorial coverage, and increasing investor confidence.
