Newly elected US Vice President JD Vance’s oath of office was administered by US Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Historically, the second president to move his inauguration indoors to the Rotunda, from the West Front of the Capitol, because of the very cold weather outdoors. Around 40 years ago, when former President Ronald Reagan, in 1985, took office in the same venue as current President Donald Trump.
“I will make America first.” US President Trump, in his inaugural address, also exclaimed that January 20, 2025, is Liberation Day. He pledged to solve every crisis with dignity and honor. He also mentioned that God saved him from an assassin in Pennsylvania. More so, he repeatedly mentioned “God,” the revolution of America, and common sense. He declared a national emergency at the Southern Border. He stated that all illegal aliens will be reinstated. The cartels will be declared as foreign terrorists inside US territory. He will invoke 1798, all the gangs and criminals…to defend US interests. Furthermore, President Trump will address the inflation and high prices, including the declaration today of the National Energy Emergency. He also pointed out that America will become a manufacturing nation once again. Also, the exportation of American energy to all over the world. “Tariff and tax foreign countries to enrich our citizens.”
The American dream will soon thrive again, according to US President Trump. He will bring free speech to America, as he signed an executive order on day one of office. Bringing back law and order to cities, forge a society based on merits. He also asserted that male and female are the only two genders in the United States. “In America, what is impossible is to do best.” The tone of President Trump’s inaugural address showcases courage and determination to restore and rebuild America’s crises, problems, and issues. He also said that he will win every American.
Trump became a public eye when he hosted and co-produced the reality television series entitled “The Apprentice” when he rose into power from 2004 to 2015. He became famous to many young audiences and voters since then. US President Trump graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
Trump’s 2016 presidential election was based on his immigration policy. He was the first US president to enter North Korea. More than 100 environmental policies and regulations were rolled back. This further includes the withdrawal from international agreements on climate, trade, and the nuclear program of Iran. Trump downplayed the Covid-19 pandemic and signed the CARES Act economic stimulus. He was impeached in 2019, the incitement of insurrection in 2021. His first term was labeled as one of the worst presidencies in American history.
In 2025, Donald Trump won a majority in almost all the swing vote states. Many people have demonstrated respect for his agenda as Americans were able to resonate with the golden plan of the reelected US President. From foreign policy in the Middle East to Russia and the US-Mexico borders, President Trump will serve America first.
