At least 182 journalists have killed due to the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, as reported by the press service of the Gaza authorities.
The press service further indicated that two reporters have been killed in just the past few days.
The authorities in the enclave attribute the responsibility for these journalists’ deaths to Israel, alleging that the actions are intended to obstruct impartial reporting on the situation in Gaza.
Recent statistics from Gaza’s health ministry indicate that the total number of fatalities in the enclave since last October has reached 42,924, with a minimum of 100,833 Palestinians injured.
