Currently, she is an independent consultant with the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University, facilitating the development of a global democracy theory of change. She previously managed global portfolios at the Open Society Foundations and led humanitarian programs with the International Committee of the Red Cross across Africa and the Middle East.
