SitusAMC announced on its website that a cyberattack occurred on November 12, affecting certain information from its systems, including data related to clients’ customers. However, the company did not disclose which clients were impacted.

The compromised data included corporate information and legal documents tied to clients’ dealings with SitusAMC. CEO Michael Franco stated that they are analyzing the affected data and have notified law enforcement. The FBI confirmed no operational impact on banking services and noted the incident has been contained.
