There are confirmed reports of Israeli violations of the peace agreement. Whereas, Hamas is implementing the peace deal in letter and spirit. It seems Israel achieved its objective of getting its hostages released. As Hamas was very sincere in peace, and according to the deal, they have released all hostages.
The peace agreement was announced by President Donald Trump in the presence of global leaders, including those from Europe and the Muslim world. It is understood that President Trump will be the guarantor. Or even, all present during Trump’s signing ceremony are supposed to be guarantors. If Israel still wants to violate it, it is the moral obligation of all guarantors to force Israel to abide by the agreement.
In the past, it was the US who always protected Israel under any circumstances. By providing Israel funds, weapons, military capacity building, transferring modern tactics and technologies, and providing a political and diplomatic shield, the US has encouraged Israel to violate all international laws and norms.
The entire world was condemning Israeli aggressions, atrocities, and brutalities in Palestine, but there was only one country covering Israel, named America. Irrespective of administration, the Trump Administration, Biden Administration, Obama Administration, and so on, all administrations were serving Israeli interests and looking after Israel through any circumstances.
In other words, the US was always partners with Israel in all barbarism, genocide, and war crimes. Although the US also paid a heavy price for supporting Israel irrationally, they kept siding with Israel. Even the US has used veto power in favor of Israel. It was a humiliation to the UNSC and the veto power when America used the veto power, enabling Israel to commit genocide and war crimes.
To the extent of saving Israel from any other aggression is understandable, but helping Israel in its aggression against any other country is really a shameful and irresponsible act.
Pakistan strongly condemns the renewed attacks by the Israeli occupying forces in Gaza, resulting in the loss of numerous civilian lives. Such actions run contrary to the spirit of the peace agreement signed in Sharm El-Sheikh in the presence of leadership from the Muslim and Arab world, the US, Europe, and the UN.
Pakistan urges the international community to take urgent and effective measures to end these violations and to ensure full implementation of the ceasefire and protection of Palestinian civilians.
Reaffirming its unwavering support for the Palestinian people, Pakistan calls for an immediate end to Israeli hostilities and reiterates its principled position for the establishment of an independent, sovereign, viable, and contiguous State of Palestine, based on pre-June 1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
The developing scenario is scary, as Hamas has lost all leverage by releasing hostages and having no tool to negotiate with Israel. They are totally at Israel’s mercy. Unfortunately, the Israeli has no mercy and no respect for humanity.
There must be some moderate and reasonable Jews in Israel, but, unfortunately, Zionists, extremists, and terrorists have hijacked the government in Israel. Netanyahu and his war cabinet are warmongers and enemies of humanity.
In fact, Netanyahu’s war craze is dangerous not only for the entire Middle East, but it might also pose a serious threat to global peace. Israel has engaged 6 countries in war—Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, and Qatar—and may expand further. Greater Israel poses a war threat to all its neighbors and Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Somalia, Eritrea, Sudan, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc. The concept of Greater Israel, the expansion of Israel, and his greed for land are concerns for all nations, especially the Muslim world.
On the other hand, after Israel is exposed and its real face is visible, people around the globe are protesting and marching against Israeli aggression. Flotilla is a significant movement. How Israel intercepted, arrested, and detained them is unacceptable by all norms of a civilized world.
People who were sympathizing with Jews for their suffering during WWII are turning against Israel, and there are serious demands to isolate Israel, ban Israel, and sanction Israel for their war crimes. Demand for their trial against their war crimes and punishing them according to international law is growing.
It is urged that the safety of human lives in Gaza must be ensured, the creation of an independent sovereign State of Palestine from river to sea, and the reverting of Israel to its original borders of 1948 will enable a sustainable, permanent peace in the Middle East. Implementation of UN resolutions on Palestine must be implemented in true spirit and let the sons of the soil live in their motherlandpeacefully.
All peace-loving nations, countries, and individuals are urged to support peace in the Middle East.
