Victoria Beckham presented a collection of slip dresses, roomy suits, and soft leather jackets with crinkled edges at her spring summer runway show in Paris on Friday.
Guests arrived in the evening, walking on rain-slicked cobblestones to the venue. Models showcased dresses with asymmetric cuts and uneven hems, some with spray paint.
Trousers were designed to be low-waisted and paired with front-slit tops, while boxy suit jackets lacked lapels. The collection, described as an “abstract adaptation of the coming-of-age wardrobe,” was inspired by Beckham’s childhood photos.
Paris Fashion Week runs until October 7 and features many well-known brands.
