Masoud Rezaei is a senior visiting fellow at the Center for Middle East Strategic Studies (CMESS) in Tehran. He has focused on Iran’s foreign and defense policy in the Middle East, Iran’s relations with great powers, non-proliferation and arms control issues in the Persian Gulf region.
