Dr. Kanica Rakhra is currently a Policy Advisor to the Civil20 India Secretariat, part of India’s G20 Presidency and Assistant Professor (Kautilya School of Public Policy). A former Fellow at the Harvard led-Arms Control Negotiation Academy (ACONA-2021), she has participated in a number of Track 1.5 and Track 2 dialogues, written chapters for books, and published articles in various journals.
