I work closely with our global network of partners and dedicated teams to design and implement initiatives addressing humanitarian challenges. This encompasses projects in disaster relief, healthcare access, education, and community development. My work centers on fostering innovative solutions, efficient resource allocation, and collaboration for sustainable impact. It is an honor to contribute to an organization dedicated to alleviating suffering and empowering communities worldwide, advancing our mission of humanitarian excellence.

What does your work at the World Humanitarians Foundation entail? Why did you start the NGO?

The World Humanitarian Foundation was founded to address a wide range of humanitarian issues comprehensively. We focus on Child Education, Women Empowerment, Art and culture Promotion, Tourism, Overseas Business Relations, and Mental Health. This multifaceted approach recognizes the interconnectedness of these issues and aims to create a holistic impact on society. Our goal is to empower communities, promote gender equality, preserve cultural heritage, facilitate cross-cultural understanding, drive international collaborations, and advocate for mental well-being. The foundation was established with a passion for humanitarian work and the aspiration to make the world more compassionate and equitable.

How can culture be an instrument to foster greater diplomatic relations between India and the UK?

Culture plays a pivotal role in enhancing diplomatic relations between India and the UK by promoting mutual appreciation and fostering connections at a grassroots level. Through cultural exchanges, artistic showcases, and cultural diplomacy initiatives, our NGO aims to create a platform for dialogue and collaboration. You have partnered with top-level MPs at the UK parliament to organize an award ceremony at the parliament. How did you go about the same?

We initiated discussions with MPs who recognized the significance of honoring exemplary individuals. Careful planning, adherence to parliamentary protocols, and a shared commitment to recognizing excellence were the cornerstones of this successful partnership.

Our NGO is committed to Child Education, Women’s Empowerment, Art and culture Promotion, Tourism, Overseas Business Relations, and Mental Health. Our overarching goals include expanding our impact, forming global partnerships, and advocating for policy changes in alignment with our humanitarian mission.

How do you intend to establish greater peace and understanding across the world?

Our collaboration with an international university to confer honorary degrees was a significant endeavor. It exemplified our commitment to recognizing exceptional individuals. Leveraging the university’s academic expertise ensured a prestigious and meaningful recognition process for the recipients.

You recently gave out some honorary degrees in collaboration with an international university. Tell us more about that.

The conferment of honorary degrees in collaboration with an international university was a momentous occasion. It exemplified our commitment to recognizing outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to society. Collaborating with the university allowed us to leverage their academic expertise and credibility, ensuring that the honorary degrees were bestowed upon deserving recipients in a meaningful and prestigious manner.

What led you to start WHF? Was there a personal breakthrough you experienced?

The decision to start WHF was driven by a profound commitment to addressing diverse humanitarian concerns and creating a holistic impact. While there may not have been a specific personal breakthrough, it was a collective realization that true humanitarianism encompasses a range of interconnected issues, and the establishment of WHF was a response to this pressing need.

How can art transform collaboration across countries?

Art has the unique power to transcend language and cultural barriers, making it an effective tool for collaboration across countries. It serves as a universal language that can convey emotions, perspectives, and narratives.
