A Nation of Trillionaires

Is this really true? As a stroke of genius, when a leading nation finally arrives at the point to print and deliver a truckload of freshly printed trillion dollars to each citizen; including to all those unregistered living in tent cities. What a change will this bring, what luxury will it roll, and what level of world status will it declare? A nation of trillionaires; where on sale a loaf of bread at 10,000 dollars appears very appealing and sometimes where a single banana for 15,000 dollars possibly appears just too good for the big mouth only…slow background music starts.

Where is the music coming from? Unless nations have any real value creation models of creating grassroots prosperity, the global economic leadership is now globally recognized as experts on free-flow printing drifting in dreamlands. Economic problems can be itemized, tabulated, and published along with all the real causes and remedies, along with profiles of all the culprits. So what, the fact nothing was done before, nothing is being done now. Pragmatism does not exist on a national basis. However, globally speaking some nations nations are advancing, SME sectors growing, and citizens getting smarter and wiser. A new change will come like the winds of winter to sweep away the autumn leaves.

Not all is bad: Global commerce has already been encircled by giant orchestras of digitally-advanced trading platform models on the world stage. Synchronized and well-tuned they will make great music for exports and productivity. Some extraordinary combinations are underway to lead global interconnectivity of small and medium businesses for better trades. The finer models of enhancements of creative global commerce are digitally interlaced with millions of innovative ideas and zillions of integrated connections. This is a very landscape from where leading nations are already stuck in deep mud. Unless there is futuristic literacy to read the future, economies only march backward, toward a Great Collapse.

Why this a warning to the digitally unprepared nations of the world?  A few decades ago, there was a similar global warning to major organizations of the world to get on with the websites and internet or disappear, and the millions who ignored them promptly disappeared in the fog. Today, nations still singing about digitalization for a decade but still, no real action may now face real music. Today, amongst the approximately 200 nations only 30% are digitized at some level, the rest still in a confused state and disconnected from global opportunities and unable to articulate such topics. There are easily 100 nations already in Red-Zones of the economic crisis and yet unable to deploy national mobilization of entrepreneurialism to uplift their national SME sectors on the global stage.

Why adjust binoculars: Such mobilization topics do call for a global vision, vast experiences, and good enough knowledge to recognize all such technologies and how they existed during the last 10-20 years. In shock and awe, those nations still not fully awakened have some explaining to do and the best action time for academia to record such discrepancies and produce typical case studies on what broke the system. Nevertheless, ring the alarm bells. Such nations need critical alignment in order to stabilize their lingering economies. Vision is not about seeing much more; but rather very less, but very very clearly. Beat adjust binoculars.

Why trade groups in search of entrepreneurialism? Trade Associations and Chambers of Commerce can play a critical role in helping vertical sectors in their own traditional ways. Chambers of Commerce of the world and their abstract number of 11,000 chambers and 45 million members, if ever digitized on a centralized or continent-wide basis, will make the most powerful legit database of global trade. However, trapped in their own traditions of conflict resolutions and litigious mindsets, during the last 2 decades little or nothing has happened. If showcasing progressive membership profiles attracts global opportunities why trade-groups are so afraid and what level of expertise do they possess to deploy such large-scale mobilization? How and why can they catch up and play their key role?

Hidden export opportunities: Most nations are in comfort zones as their mandated large export promotion agencies already deal with large export deals and fill quotas enough to make them shine. Nevertheless, unable to support micro trade, micro exports, and micro-manufacturing and unable to multiply with an ever-expanding global pyramid of consumption, they are only waiting for instructions. What types of national mobilizations of SME entrepreneurialism will create national uplifts and up-skill all fronts on such frontiers? On new job creation, where else will new occupations come from for billions, displaced, replaced misplaced youthful citizens holding a degree with no collateral value? Therefore, national mobilization becomes the job creation engine of proper traditional long-term jobs. Study what is happening in Africa.

Create Digital Platform Economy Agency; a national-level agenda dedicated to mobilizing national entrepreneurialism. This is not an IT agency but an entrepreneurial think tank with mastery of national mobilization. Therefore, stop fake wars, trade-wars and start real solid skills wars. Help the internal working citizenry to finally stand up to the global-age competitiveness demands on quality and performance. The EU just tabled a $100 billion dollar program to uplift its internal industries. Australia just announced 50 Billion to fix its manufacturing base. Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada announced to uplift export and manufacturing, ASEAN, the Commonwealth, The African Union and nations like Saudi Arabia and others are all marching to the forefronts. The industrialization of Africa is simmering. There are over 50 nations in the race. The challenge is national mobilization and deployment of the largest sectors of each economy by up-skilling and uplifting local SME sectors and setting them up as global age exporters.

A bold challenge: Such depth is already out of the league of academia, and it is critically important to note as this is not an academic point of view, but an entrepreneurial response and a bold challenge to grand economic failures by the majority of nations on up-skilling SME and re-skilling manufacturers at national digitalization levels. Governments and major institutions of the world engaged in export and economic development can request advanced information and guidance on such affairs. Study Expothon Worldwide on Google. Naseem Javed, a Canadian born in a printing publishing family of small merchants, settled over two centuries surrounding the Red Fort in Chandni Chowk, Delhi, India. Educated and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, and arrived in Canada fifty years ago. He spent years at the 1976 Montreal Summer Olympics and learned how to create and develop global-stature organizations and events.
