In case of military shirking where military consider it as legitimate to interfere the political decision making is clearly showing the diversion of objective control. These actions can surely identify in Crimea and in Ukraine. In the deviation of military from objective control and military professionalism this later will give origin to the pro military ideology. In context of use of illegal force on Crimea, Putin Administration has no clear and sound mandate to order the anxious attack on the vary land of Ukraine and on its forces. Ukraine crisis is diplomatically huge failure of Russian federation it is the major concerns of international communities. Diplomatically Russia has been isolated during cold war and in scenario of post cold or of Uni-polar world. Foreign affairs after this crisis have been impacted a lot by aggression Russian had made. Firstly, the aggression of war and escalation has been developed among the Europeans and NATO in a speculated point. There has been the dilemma of war between the Russia either it is hybrid war or proxies played by non state actors. Dramatically other implications are armament of Russia and nuclear proliferation have affected thoroughly. Arms advancement of Russia has been the most important factor for its trade of weapon technology. Due to these actions over Ukraine its trade with other countries of International system especially the East European countries would have been affected. Meanwhile, Relations with China is concerned both states have relatively been in pragmatic nature of affairs. Though with this China has been the suspicious about the Russian steps in Ukraine. Last but not the least both organizations are trying hard substantiate the authoritative role to develop their own military might.
However, obsession with Ukraine would be sign of illegal orders if there would be low military professionalism in them. The US and its allies need to negotiate with the Russians from a position of strength. As in Brezhnev’s days, they need to credibly deter Moscow in order to open space for real negotiations. That is why, the US is communicating to Putin its readiness to ramp up economic sanctions – “like none he’d ever seen”, in Biden’s words – in case of war.
