Strategies for Managing Failure Armed with Experience

The key point of a more successful life literally or essentially is having a superior strategy in living it. Especially the most important strategy is how to manage your thoughts and attitudes personally in determining the steps that will be taken in the future. Your life strategy is primarily shaped by the form of self-belief, values, personal management systems and the form of decisions you make against things. A good personal strategic plan will help ensure that your goals and actions related to your career and others align with the most important things in your own life.

The edges later you will also only have two options, whether you follow your own goals or other people’s goals; whether you are the pilot of your life or someone else’s, be it from your past and present. The most important thing you should be aware of is that you always have a choice. If you don’t like something, there are always steps you can make towards a better life. The name of the strategy will surely be colored by the form of significant changes. The process of change will always be painful and accompanied by fear. The phoenix rises from its ashes in order to come back to life; the eagle must destroy the beak, pluck its nails and feathers in order to search for prey; frogs change from berudu; metamorphosis of caterpillars into butterflies and many more changes that require sacrifice.

Just like our personal lives, when deciding to end a bad relationship with someone, a career change, a diet commitment with weight or whatever it is. Because when we calculate the process, then what we remember is the pain of the process of change that we feel. However, try to focus on the results, surely we do not feel or remember the pain is not? When you decide to end a bad relationship, it certainly takes a teary sacrifice to move on from someone who was once special in your life, when you decide to lose weight, of course you should be willing to sweat more, reducing the portion of the meal. It’s certainly a painful process when you do it, considering you’ve been in your comfort zone for a long time. There is no other option, other than to confidently take the decision to get the result you craved.

Time and experience can also be great teachers when you really learn from the bad decisions you’ve made. We need to learn from the suffering and mistakes we have made, so that we don’t fall into the same hole a second time. It is about how we should develop wisdom and resourcefulness in making the right decisions on the best choices. Growth in your self-maturity will begin when you can recognize your mistake and how to prevent it from happening again. Everyone has certainly made a mistake in their life, it’s normal, but next how you learn from that wrong choice. The only way to prevent the same mistake the second time is by way of learning. The important lesson lies in the way we interpret mistakes. If you constantly repeat the same pattern, how then can you expect different results?

The climactic part at the most important point of setting up your life strategy is your own. You have to make the choice of how much you will stop trying to improve your life or how strongly you fight for your life. That’s part of your life choices when you choose to live with a mindset to keep evolving or mindset your way into the status quo. Then part of the most relevant personal plan is designed to focus on the things that matter to you. How you develop a sustainable visibility of the foresight, whether it includes relationships, career, health or finance. It will be such an exciting adventure for yourself if you have a confident soul and are immune from that name of failure.

The first step to changing anything in your life is that you first make a commitment. Make sure yourself that you really want to make a change or change your life. Clarify yourself to find out where the holes of mistakes you’ve made before to then be used as an experience in stepping up with certainty in the future. Albert Einstein once said, “someone who never makes a mistake, will never try anything new”. So don’t be afraid of being wrong, wrong is your way of learning to keep going further armed with experience.
