Pandemic Recovery: National Leadership Wanted

Pandemic Recovery now demands National leaderships on daily nationwide briefings; with 200 nations having internal battles with Covid-19, there is nothing more exciting and patriotic to watch national leadership at helm with passion and bold  language articulated with integrity and wisdom capturing survival strategies full of vision and clarity boosting morale of the nation and uplifting citizenry.

Currently, less than 10% of the Head of the Nations have regular daily briefings …but why so few?

The world populace now leadership hungry: confidence in local and international institution and governments at bottom finding correct answers is not easy. Media around the world, in all shapes and most types have lost its credibility. National Heads are still the top choice. However, it is true, we cannot expect daily injection of earth shattering wisdom, like rarely spoken words now immortalized “Gettysburg Address” of Abe Lincoln or “I have a dream” of Martin Luther King.  However, we also do not require boring “election campaign rhetoric”…rather needed are harsh facts and cold realties, surrounded by bold new creative solutions and intelligent debates. The national citizens of some 200 countries are now anxious and ready to witness all unfolding of chaos while under the full view of national leadership and their bold engagements with the invisible enemy.

Warm facts and cold realities;

Across main streets of the world, pandemic has now set the stage for the march of a billion jobless

50% downtowns of the world may not survive,
50% of tall office towers may go empty,
50% of office workers may work remote,
50% downtown retail shops may not survive,
50% economies may lose a decade to recover.

Out there, an invisible war occupies our minds and bodies; our survival depends on our emotional endurance.

We should all save our breath by NOT constantly repeating and complaining on what just happened; despite its ferocity, we must all now focus on which way are we headed and why and with what solid solutions. Therefore, why we need bold and open discussions to rectify old mistakes, after all, understanding, tolerance and diversity we can save broken economies and create grassroots prosperity, but change, we must.  Overcome last 100 days and plan next 1000 days…carefully.

National leaders have only one responsibility, which is to lead boldly with integrity…

On one side, the public is tired of overly used lip service and overly practiced exaggerated gestures aided by Teleprompter verbiage, the global populace now tik-tok trained can see through the acts. On the other side, the public is hungry for bold leadership. Why should national leaderships miss such opportunities and why? Most prefer election style passionate verbosity and find some mysteriously hidden enemies to protect themselves from their own mistakes. This one is a real test of stamina, skills and real leadership to save nations from pandemic. Pick any nation and check out their leadership history on Google.

Blessed are the nations to admit error, change, digitize, optimize and mobilize, as citizens await.

National Heads on Daily Briefings;

No political praise or proof of exceptionalism presented unless accompanied with some failures also.
Each day raising key questions and answering in details one at a time, and no chaotic scrambling.
Each day presented with one major deployable “solution” towards survival and economic strategy.
Each day presented with one major self-supporting strategy to heal each other and cooperate.
Each day presented one distinct ‘global effort’ of sort to look at borderless nature of pandemic.
Each day presented double-down planning on upskilling and exportability as survival strategies.

The rest is easy
