In order to deny Russia its due place in world affairs and contain it from all possible sides, the USA and its imperialist allies keep raising the bogey of Russian “intention” to revive the Soviet empire, even as the USA, NATO and EU make strenuous efforts to keep the former Socialist bloc of nations under its political and military control.
At the outset one crucial issue should be stressed right here. The caste factor among Hindu voters still plays key in Indian politics and this would play out fully in regional polls, more than the national parliamentary election. Indian elections are mind-bogglingly complex. Economic class, ethnicity, regional identity, religion - sometimes even politics - all play a role. But the key factor is still caste.

And they possibly wanted a quick regime change in Kuala Lumpur so that opposition they sponsor could finish off the stable nationalist government of Najib Razak and put in place a new regime to harass him and promote anti-Islamic agenda that indirectly speed up terrorist atmosphere.
India is yet to know or decide as to how much weapons it require for defense purposes and for terror operations in occupied Jammu Kashmir. That said, the way it keeps adding high precision arms to its budged arsenals only shows it has big plans for the region and beyond, although it seems to love arms as a habit much more than its neighbors do.
