Democracy is facing a challenge to sustain as a form of government in the contemporary world. In 2008 economic crisis played a role in increasing the trust deficit on the national and global democratic institutions to explore and provide solutions to the challenges. The citizens in democracies are dependent on the leaders who blame elite and many voters rely on these speculative reports.

While there was a surge of media analyses more then one and a half year ago, when the European Court of Human Rights (“the Court“)  found no violation of the right to respect for privacy for monitoring Yahoo account of employee[1], earlier in September 2017 the story unfolded completely otherwise.

“Albania and Albanians According to Foreign visitors” is a book volume with over 540 pages, written in Albanian language by Piro P. Tase and published in the United States at “Outskirts Press” (2007).

No political, decision-making and economic crisis is devoid of cultural and spiritual implications. Moreover, the traits of this new and so-called elite are superficiality; the absolute ignorance of the depth and complexity of problems; the true psychosis and obsession for "communication", advertising and the often useless presence on the media.

Germany's Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen at a defense ministers' summit in Estonia on September, 7 criticized upcoming Russian-Belarusian Zapad 2017 military exercises. She said that around 100,000 Russian soldiers will take part in the upcoming Zapad 2017 war games, despite Moscow's claims that they will only have 12,700 participants and exercise will not exceed the 2011 Vienna Document limits.

The Zapad 2017 exercise will begin on September 14, 2017.  It will be carried out jointly by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and Belarus, as well as by other smaller allies.It will be a technical test to check the full interoperability between the Armed Forces of Russia, Belarus and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), namely Kazakhstan, Armenia, the above mentioned  Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
