ike any other criminal enterprise, there is always a leader, or series of leaders. This is the essence of the RICO Laws, ie, the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization Act, wherein the U.S. Government (in a rare overture of actual beneficence to the American People) developed, enacted, and passed a series of federal statutes which allowed them to, in a much easier fashion, take down organized crime, by attributing the criminal acts of their “lower level henchmen” directly to the man upstairs, ie, their leader, who, before the enactment of said statute, was usually able to evade liability or culpability of a sprawling criminal enterprise, which he/she, while in the shadows, was able to control and pull all of the strings.

ately, in Modern Diplomacy, and elsewhere in the publishing on-line world, we have had a spate of articles on the up-coming Trump Presidency and how it will transform the next four (or perhaps eight) years “interesting times.” I wonder if people writing these pieces, either singing the praises of, or berating the upcoming Presidency of Donald Trump, are cognizant of the fact that “to live in interesting times” is considered a curse by the Chinese, perhaps even by the Russians.

et another mass shooting in the U.S., this time at Ft. Lauderdale airport, Florida's second largest. A certain Esteban Santiago flew from Alaska changing planes en route at Minneapolis. Arriving, he headed to the baggage collection area, claimed his suitcase, opened it in the privacy of a toilet, removed a gun, methodically loaded it, and began shooting in the baggage area. When the police reached him, he was sitting on the floor with the gun in front of him. He offered no resistance.

ne major cause of global tensions obviously is the bad US-Russia reactions as the vested interests have managed so far to sustain the Russo-US conflict, directly harming international relations as well. Much of regional conflicts owe to animosity between the top powers. Naturally, conversely, once USA and Russia mend their tensed relationship, world would hope for a better future.

T
he big news lately is the expulsion last week of 35 Russian diplomats in retaliation for alleged Russian hacking of the Democratic National Committee revealing a corrupt leadership. The claimed hacking was on May 16, 2016 and the information released just prior to the Democratic Convention held July 25 - 28, 2016. How it interfered with the November election would require a mystic to explain.

W
orld has been looking for the news about real policies of newly elected US President Donald Trump to have an idea about what kind of presidency he would prefer to install- particularly if he would make nay departure from the usual US foreign policy matters with regards to Russia and Palestine or he would also continue the Neocon ideas of regimes everywhere by terror wars to make entire world to promote US agenda for the world.

ax Romana and Pax Britannica marked an era of relative peace and prosperity for both the Roman and British Empire, respectively. After World War II, American power was unrivaled and an era of Pax Americana began to reign, but that era has waned ever since.

f one truly believes in American values, then one must also agree that Whistleblowers must be liberated, and freed immediately from earthly bondage, whether it be prison, home incarceration, vindictive prosecution/persecution by politically motivated government officials, disenfranchisement from voting or working, and all around pariah status in the United States, and in the rest of the world.

N
ot much attention has been paid to the insidious and hidden Deep State Plutocratic/Oligarch control of the U.S. Courts and its corresponding judiciary, whether state, federal or local.

s by its fruit you will recognize the tree - as the Gospel reads, by his/her collaborators you will recognize the political leader. The government formed by the President-elect, Donald Trump, include few representatives from the Republican Party, yet another confirmation of the decline and fall of the parties in the West - a structure which, however, will be reborn under other forms. It also includes many military, particularly those most tacitly irritated with Obama's policies, and many super-rich people.
